PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 7 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Cube Invasion VR (the “Game”) processes, collects, uses, stores, and deletes user data. The Game is developed and published by Ondrej Papiernik, a sole proprietor registered in Slovakia.

DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

Cube Invasion VR does not collect, receive, or transmit personal data or other user data to the developer or to any developer-controlled server. The Game does not use user accounts, advertising, analytics services, or external tracking technologies. The developer does not receive user data from Meta through the Game.

DATA STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE

The Game stores game settings, game progress, custom levels, and related gameplay files locally on your Meta Quest device. This local data is used only to save your preferences and progress and to provide the Game’s gameplay and level-building features. It is not transmitted to, accessible by, or stored by the developer.

DATA SHARING AND SALE

The developer does not sell, rent, share, or disclose user data to third parties. Because the Game does not transmit user data, no user data is provided to advertisers, analytics providers, or other external services.

DATA DELETION

You may delete all data stored locally by Cube Invasion VR at any time by uninstalling the Game from your Meta Quest device. You can do this through the device’s app library or storage settings. Uninstalling the Game deletes the Game’s locally stored settings, progress, custom levels, and related app data from that device.

The developer does not collect or store user data on any server and cannot access or delete data on your device remotely. Therefore, there is no developer-held user data for which a separate deletion request is required.

PLATFORM SERVICES

Meta may independently process information when you use a Meta Quest device or the Meta Horizon Store. That processing is controlled by Meta and is governed by Meta’s own privacy policy. It is separate from the Game’s data practices described in this policy.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Game does not knowingly collect, transmit, or store personal data from children or from any other users on developer-controlled systems.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Game’s features or data practices change. The date shown above will be updated when changes are made.
